Feels like a more complete iteration than the original base game. It is less fiddly than playing the base game with both expansions. I like the additions of spies, contracts and worms quite a bit. The card selection also seems to be improved from the original base game. As is often the case 2nd iterations are just better. I do like the original enough to keep both of them for now even though I won't be able to fit everything into one box. But if I could own only one I'd definitely go with this one.
