SPIEL 2023. shared competitive ice pyramid building with area majority and card collection which reminded me a bit of Nidavellir. Very good and went by so fast we didn’t even notice. I am not a huge fan of this card majority thing even though I accidentally won the game. I couldn’t concentrate much on the game and just did whatever next best move came along. But I managed to complete 2 full sets of cards from each color and those 20 points catapulted me to the front. Others had tried to get those points and I had been pretty miffed about having to play those green cards that were not giving me any points on their own… The whole game was quite refreshing and is a very good family game that I can see being nominated for SdJ.
