Too much like Sprawlopolis et al and not enough. You play cards, with different terrains they may overlap. Dinosaurs want to eat plants or other dinosaurs. And you get various goals along the way. It is not different enough from the masterpieces that I have played dozens of times… Rating 6 --- 2026: I am always hunting for the next Sprawlopolis. Well, this wasn't it. I got it from crowdfunding. Played it twice. It does not compare favorably with Sprawlopolis at all. This is probably a bit unfair to the game, or is it? I decided to give it another chance. But it is just not as captivating as some of my other small tile laying puzzles. The decisions are not as interesting either. Having to decide about scoring cards and when to take them... might be fine if you wanted to play this competitive. But for competitive tile laying I would still vastly prefer Cascadia or Harmonies or Carcassonne if I actually wanted competition. Rating 5
