This somewhat emulates the train card mechanic from Ticket to Ride, except here you have 2 dimensions: colors and styles on each card and if you manage to claim a route in the right style you get bonus points. A key difference is that routes can be re-claimed over and over, you can ski a route somebody else did but you'll only get to "own" it if you pay more cards than the previous champion did. Pretty good, more interactive than anticipated with the yeti and the apres-ski. Skiing theme is rare and so I am keeping it.
