Deckbuilding civilization game. Lead your tribe from barbarians to nation. This avoids the tech tree trap by ending much earlier than most civ games. Each civ plays quite distinct. A few observations: 1) setup takes a bit but tear down really takes the cake. I need to sleeve the cards or they‘ll be damaged from the shuffling of the main deck (4 types of cards get mixed hier, but since the market has small decks for 3 of those types they have to be sorted and mixed every game) 2) The deck building in this is tight. You want a small deck in most cases and this does much better at continuous deconstruction than Dale of Merchants. Awesome. 3) Great if fiddly solo mode. I believe I have yet to play a game without making half a dozen mistakes for the bot player 4) Interaction on this is quite light. The shared market of course and a handful of minor „take that“ cards. Other than that it‘s a race to one of several game end conditions.
