This is NOT a roll and move race. Dice are used to map out where you drive and then they are rolled to see if you succeed or lose control of the car. Additional mitigation mostly prevents bad crashes. Lots of different courses can be build with the tiles and with expansions different dice sets representing different types of cars can keep the game varied and fresh. Solo mode is pure strategy, in 2 player move planning dominates as well. In multiplayer (up to 6) things can get a bit more chaotic with blocking etc. Biggest criticism: no catch-up mechanism in the standard rules. Once someone has pulled away or you crashed out with „00“ (missing a turn) the race is almost done unless the leader makes a mistake.
